Fix an AI line that was read badly
Occasionally a voice skips a word, puts the emphasis in the wrong place, or gives a line an odd delivery. Replaying will normally play the same saved audio. To get a different take, use Regenerate.
Open the line, then regenerate
Pause the read and select the problem line. Choose Edit to open Edit Line, then choose Regenerate. You can leave the words unchanged if the text is correct and the performance is the problem.
If the delivery needs a nudge, add a brief acting direction such as “quietly, trying not to wake anyone”. If the imported words themselves are wrong, correct the Dialogue Text first.
Listen before moving on
Use the play control in Edit Line to check the new take, then hear it in context with the lines around it. Each regeneration makes new audio and uses AI credits; ordinary playback reuses the saved take.
If the same line repeatedly skips words or makes a distorted sound, contact us rather than spending credits on many attempts. Tell us which line and voice are affected and include script metadata with your message.
